Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our subsidized services and respect our therapists' time, please adhere to the following policy:
1. Rescheduling Sessions
- All Fees Are Non-Refundable: Fountain For Humanity does not issue refunds for scheduled sessions. All fees paid are dedicated to sustaining our NPO mission.
- Rescheduling: Paid sessions can be rescheduled provided timely notice is given (see below).
2. Client Cancellation Notice
To reschedule your session without losing your fee, you must notify us in writing:
| Session Day | Cancellation Deadline |
|---|---|
| Tuesday to Friday | Must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. |
| Monday | Must be received by the end of the business day on the preceding Friday. |
Note: Cancellations or reschedulings received after the deadlines above will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
3. Therapist Cancellation
If your therapist needs to cancel a session for any reason, the session will be immediately rescheduled at a time convenient for you, at no additional charge.
4. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing to:
